Processing Final Project: Collecting Monologue Shoots (Shakespeare)

In this post I would like to share my experience in shooting one of the monologues for my showreel. I consider this one as the hardest because it's classical drama and it is written by Shakespeare. This is the monologue of Lady Anne's from Shakespeare's play "Richard III". It is a scene when Anne comes to Richard after he killed her husband King Henry.

I found the language quite difficult that's why I needed to spend more time at searching for words definitions and understanding the meaning. It also affected the number of times that I shot it because this language was quite unusual for me and I sometimes got confused or forgot some words even though I knew the meaning. I sometimes needed to use a translator as well however I am glad that I didn't need it many times.

Here is a piece of the monologue which I managed to shoot. I split the monologue and put here just one part as I couldn't upload the whole video because of its size. At first, I was in doubts about the strength of the feelings and expressions in my interpretation of it but for now I decided to leave it as it is.
However, I am glad that I managed to try the most difficult part of my showreel.
