Website Feedback and UX Testing

Before publishing the website, I created a feedback google form to test the website. I added there questions about pages and options of my website to figure out how it works. I then put this form as a link in the navigation bar and published the website. I shared my website address with everyone in my group so they could test the website and leave a feedback. In this post I will go through all 10 responses and see what I should improve and what is good.

The first question was about my Home Page, but 90% responded positively and only 10 of them would change the design. I decided to leave it as it is because as I mentioned in the previous post I have already changed it by adding my photo as a background.

I suppose those 20% chose that my navigation could be better because there is only home page in the navigation bar which you can see at once. There is not enough space to put them all together so to see others you need to press "More".

Based on responses, my Contact Page Design is alright. In my opinion, it is consistent with suitable colours and a photo which is quite important and matches with Home Page. No one responded bad or could be better so it shows that Contact form works good.

Here I wanted to reassure about my biography as I had some doubts before and changed it few times. Finally, I am happy and satisfied with it now.

As we can see, the feedback on Portfolio/Showreel Page is positive. Everything is working and doesn't need changes.

I got a response that my Facebook link doesn't work so I decided to check it. I went to social media bar and set it again so now it works properly.

Regarding the experience of using my website, I got positive responses which I am pleased to see.

I didn't find some advice about changes that I should do so I hope everything worked and was fine.

Overall, I am happy with the responses because it tells that almost everything is finished and works. Therefore, I don't need to worry about big changes or issues. As was mentioned before, I only needed to fix my Facebook link. I am grateful to everyone who gave me the feedback because it helps me to see whether the website is ready to use.

Now, I completed all changes and uploaded my portfolio. As ,y website is finished for now, in the next post I will reflect on my Final project for this term.
