Object Lesson: Deer

Today we have the first task in which we should pick any object and create something with it. I decided to pick a small deer statuette because I love wild animals and when I see the deer I have a bright association with Christmas and New Year atmosphere. This deer looks very kind and abandoned so I got an idea based on this impressions which you will see below. It also reminds me of the lovely forest nature which I really miss and where I feel myself calm and relieved.

I don't know why but my imagination suggested that it could be a deer who was lost from Santa Claus on the way to give presents. This object also reminds me of the cartoon Klaus which I watched last year with my small cousins. It was about two boys who were writing letters to Klaus to the North Scotland. However, there is another world of unhappy character which does not allow and interferes the boys and doing. The director of this film is Sergio Pablo who also contributed ideas and illuminations to popular films and cartoons such as "Despicable Me", "Tarzan" and "Treasure World".  The idea of the cartoon was to convey that mere kind actions are able to win evil. The story is about a selfish postman who has to deliver some toys to that "unhappy" world.

This story will be about a deer who lost an extremely important letter on the way to Santa Klaus written by the girl the wish to return her father home.

  1. You need to complete this work - there is some development of thought but you need a finished outcome
